Internal copilots

Your rules, answerable.Everything your team keeps asking you, answered from your documents.

Prices, policies, process notes and the way you have always done it, turned into something your team can ask in plain language. Every answer cites the file and the row it came from.

What it covers

Reads what you already wrote

Price lists, terms, supplier agreements, the induction doc nobody can find. No new system to fill in.

Answers the way people ask

In chat or on the phone, in the words your team uses, not the words the document uses.

Cites its source, every time

A file and a row, so anyone can check the answer in ten seconds and nobody has to trust it blind.

answers

The question you get asked four times a week

Callout fees, warranty terms, what we charge on a public holiday. The answer exists; it is just in a document nobody opens.

  • Plain-language questions
Asked the way people actually ask them, with the follow-up as a follow-up.
  • The source next to the answer
Pricing sheet 2026, row 12. Checkable in ten seconds by anyone on the team.
  • Silence beats a guess
If your documents do not answer it, it says so and points at who does.

Built on the documents you already keep

We point it at the folders, sheets and inboxes that hold the truth today, and keep it pointed there as they change.

  • Your files, in place
Drive, Sheets, a shared inbox, a PDF folder. Nothing gets copied into a product you do not own.
  • Updates when the document does
Change the price list and the answer changes. There is no second copy to remember.
  • Only what that person may see
Access follows your existing permissions. A new starter does not get the supplier contracts.

The interruptions stop reaching you

The real saving is not the answer, it is the four times a day someone walks over to ask you for it.

  • You see what gets asked
The questions nobody could answer are the documents you need to write.
  • New starters ask it first
The induction questions get answered without costing a senior person an afternoon.
  • You stay the escalation
Anything it cannot source goes to a named person, not into a queue.

03 — Handoff

How the handoff works

A copilot that invents an answer is worse than no copilot, so this one is built to fail loudly. If your documents do not cover a question it says so, names the person who decides, and records the gap. Every answer carries the file and the row behind it, and the list of unanswered questions comes back to you as a short weekly digest: it is the most honest list of what your business has never written down.

Questions about internal copilots

4 questions

Where do the answers come from?
Only your documents. It does not fill gaps from the open internet, and it does not answer from memory.
Do we have to reorganise our files first?
No. We point it at what you keep today. If the structure is genuinely in the way we will say so in the discovery week.
Can everyone see everything?
No. Access follows the permissions you already have on those files, so a new starter sees what a new starter should see.
What if two documents disagree?
It shows both and flags the conflict rather than picking one. Those conflicts are usually worth knowing about.

We build the agent. You keep running the business.
