I’d like to talk about restructuring before the end of the financial year.

Happy to arrange it. A 30-minute discovery call: Thursday 11:00 am or Friday 2:00 pm?

Handed to you: call booked, intake form sent, documents requested.

01 — Why

The hours around the hour

Booking, intake, chasing documents and writing the engagement letter take longer than the meeting they exist for. They are also completely repeatable.

Booking is one message

The enquiry becomes a call in your diary, with the right length and buffer, without three emails about times.

You arrive prepared

Intake answers and documents are collected before the call, so the first meeting is advice rather than admin.

Advice stays yours

It gathers and schedules. It does not answer tax, legal or financial questions on your behalf.

02 — The jobs

What it takes off your week

Discovery-call booking is the usual first job. Document chasing is the one that quietly saves the most time.

  • Discovery-call booking

Enquiries qualified and booked into the slots you keep for new work, with a short note on what they want.

  • Intake forms

The right form for the right kind of client, sent immediately and chased once before the meeting.

  • Document requests

Statements, returns, identification — asked for by name, tracked, and marked off as they arrive.

  • Reminders

Deadlines, lodgement dates and the meeting itself, so nothing depends on a client’s memory.

  • Engagement letters drafted

Your template, filled from the intake answers, sitting in your drafts for you to read and sign.

Do we charge for a discovery call?

No. The first 30 minutes are free; a written proposal follows within two days.

03 — How it runs

Everything ready before you sit down

A first meeting is worth more when the paperwork is already done. The agent does the paperwork in the days between.

  1. step 01
Fills the slots you set aside

New-business hours only, with your travel and your thinking time protected.

  2. step 02
    Collects the file

Forms and documents requested, chased and filed against the client before the call.

  3. step 03
    Refuses to advise

Any question about tax, law or money is answered with a time in your diary, not an opinion.

04 — Setup

Simple to set up

One week to learn the workflow, two to three to build, then it is yours.

Step 1

One week on your process

We map how a client goes from enquiry to engaged, and write down every document you ask for on the way.

Step 2

Two to three weeks building

We connect your calendar, forms and document store, and test the whole sequence on a client that has already been through it.

Step 3

Live, under your letterhead

Your wording, your templates, your accounts. The drafts wait for your signature, always.

Frequently asked questions

4 questions

Will it answer client questions?
Not substantive ones. It handles scheduling, intake and documents, and turns anything that looks like advice into a booked call with you.
Where do client documents go?
Into your own storage — your Drive, SharePoint or practice system — under the client’s folder. We do not hold your clients’ files.
Can it draft the engagement letter?
It fills your template from the intake answers and leaves it in your drafts. Nothing goes out with your name on it until you send it.
What about confidentiality?
It runs on your accounts with the access you grant, every action is logged, and we can restrict it to the folders and mailboxes you name.
