An assistant for a business of one.

One person doing sales, delivery and admin. There is no one to delegate to, so the first thing worth building is the thing that answers while you work.

01 — Why

There is nobody else to hand it to

A business of one is interrupted all day by work that is real but not the work. The agent takes the interruptions and gives you one summary instead.

You stay on the job

Enquiries get an answer while you are with a client, not four hours later when you finally look at your phone.

One place to catch up

A short daily summary: what came in, what it handled, what needs you. Read it once, not forty times.

It never sends in your name blind

Quotes and anything with a price sit as drafts until you approve them.

02 — The jobs

What it takes off you

Inbox triage first, because it is the thing that follows you home.

  • Inbox triage

Sorts what came in, answers the routine, and puts the three that need you at the top with the context attached.

  • Booking

Offers real availability, holds the slot, and confirms once you have said yes.

  • Quotes

Drafted from your rate card and your past jobs, waiting in your drafts rather than sent on your behalf.

  • Follow-ups

The quote from ten days ago and the invoice from last month get chased so you do not have to remember either.

  • Weekly summary

One note on Friday: what came in, what closed, what is still open and what it could not answer.

What did I quote Sam for the logo refresh?

$2,400 over two rounds, sent 14 August. Not yet accepted.

03 — How it runs

It works the hours you cannot

Nights, weekends and the middle of a job. The agent covers those and leaves a clean handover for the moment you look up.

  1. step 01
    Triages everything first

Routine handled, unusual flagged, nothing marked read that you have not actually seen.

  2. step 02
    Answers in your voice

Built from your own past replies, so customers do not notice a change in who is writing.

  3. step 03
    Stops before anything binding

Prices, promises and dates you have not confirmed wait for you.

04 — Setup

Simple to set up

One week to learn the workflow, two to three to build, then it is yours.

Step 1

One week watching your week

We go through what interrupts you and what you retype most often. Usually the answer is two things.

Step 2

Two to three weeks building

We build those two things against your inbox and calendar and test them on your own last month.

Step 3

Live, and cheap to keep

One agent, one price, your accounts. You can turn it off for a week and turn it back on.

Frequently asked questions

4 questions

Is this worth it for one person?
If the same handful of messages eat an hour a day, yes. If your week is genuinely different every time, we will tell you that on the first call rather than sell you a build.
Will it reply as me?
It replies as your business, in the voice we build from your own past messages. Anything with a price or a commitment is a draft until you send it.
What if I want to take over a conversation?
Reply in the thread. The agent sees you have stepped in and stops, and the whole exchange stays in one place.
What does it cost to run?
A fixed price for the build and an optional monthly care plan. No per-seat fee, because there is one of you. We quote after the first call.

We build the agent. You keep running the business.

Tell us what eats your week. We’ll tell you what an agent can take off it.
