Why three weeks?
Week one is reading. We clone your repo, study the architecture, sit in on standups, and map where AI-driven workflows will actually stick. No code gets written until we understand the system.
Week two is building. We pair with the team you choose and ship the workflow — inside your CI, your deploy pipeline, your test suite. Everything runs on your infrastructure.
Week three is hardening. We document failure modes, write the runbook, train the team, and make sure the workflow survives without us. Then we leave.
